| 1: Unless specifically noted otherwise, our Daily Rates include our professional guide service, transport whilst on hunt. Permits/Licenses can be obtained from us and ammunition is supplied at cost price. A maximum of four clients (depending on the hunting concerned) can be catered for at any one time.
2: For trophy hunts, 30% of the applicable total daily rate is required as a deposit at the time of booking for the booking to be confirmed. The balance of the Daily Rate is payable 30 days before arrival. Extra costs such as trophy fees that are incurred during the hunt are payable at the conclusion of your hunt and prior to you leaving our company. Trophy Fees include detailed caping, salting and boiling of skulls/horns where required. Trophy Fees do not include delivery to the taxidermist, tanning, taxidermy or the freight costs of your completed trophies to your home.
3: In the rare event where an animal is wounded and not subsequently located, the applicable Trophy Fee will be payable by the client.
4: English classic Hunts and its staff do not take responsibility for inclement weather.
5: For cull hunts, (where trophies are not usually taken), 30% of the Daily Rate is due on the day of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If animals are taken as trophies, the applicable trophy fees will be payable at the conclusion of the hunt.
6: The balance of the hunt fees due is as per the fee schedule supplied to our clients prior to the hunt commencement. Should the balance of the hunt fees due at the conclusion of the hunt not be paid prior to the client leaving our company, we reserve the right to charge all and any fees due to the client's credit card(s), where we have previously been supplied with the credit card details and have processed charges on the same.
7: A minimum cancellation fee of £300 or 10% of the total hunt cost (whichever is the greater) is applicable if a client or agent or any other person acting on behalf of the client with the client's express permission cancels the hunt.
Additionally, if the hunt is cancelled:
8: Between 7 and 30 days prior to the scheduled commencement date, 50% of the hunt deposit will be forfeited.
9: Less than 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement date, the hunt deposit will be forfeited.
10: Where the client(s) chooses to cut short a hunt, such as (but not limited to) when he has taken his desired list of animals prior to the last scheduled day, no refund of the unused days Daily Rates will be payable.
11: We realise that unavoidable problems such as illness or unexpected work commitments can disrupt plans for your hunt. Therefore we will make every effort possible to move your hunt to another mutually convenient date, and without penalty to you, should such problems arise.
12: All payments to be made in cash, cheques (all cheques must be cleared before commencement of hunt) or traveller’s cheques. Cheques cannot be accepted as payment for trophy fees at the end of the hunt.
13: English Classic Hunts and their staff take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of clients and their possessions. We, however, do not accept responsibility, directly or implied, for illness, losses, injury, fatalities or damages.
14: Children accompanying hunters do so at the hunter's own responsibility. All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity before commencement of the safari.
15: Participation in a hunt conducted by English Classic hunts, its subcontractors or agents, confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
